I loved the hotel's spacious rooms for my kids to move around freely, although the price was a bit on the expensive side. The location was superb, right next to American Village with easy access to shopping and dining, but it felt a bit too urban for my taste.

The hotel rooms are nice and somehow spacious, with cool bathrooms and awesome views. However, my booking under a different name got canceled, which was a hassle. The location is very good, near the American Village Shopping Center, but a bit inconvenient for reaching all attractions in the north. The dining experience offered abundant and varied selections to suit all tastes, even though in-house island excursions were lacking. The service was decent with immediate drink provision upon arrival but could use more training to avoid suspicions.
