I loved the hotel's spacious rooms for my kids to move around freely, although the price was a bit on the expensive side. The location was superb, right next to American Village with easy access to shopping and dining, but it felt a bit too urban for my taste.
The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient for exploring all the attractions in the north, but the rooms make it easy to do laundry. The service was excellent, and the staff took great care of my children. The dining experience could have been better, and the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel rooms are nice and somehow spacious, with cool bathrooms and awesome views. However, my booking under a different name got canceled, which was a hassle. The location is very good, near the American Village Shopping Center, but a bit inconvenient for reaching all attractions in the north. The dining experience offered abundant and varied selections to suit all tastes, even though in-house island excursions were lacking. The service was decent with immediate drink provision upon arrival but could use more training to avoid suspicions.
